How do I place an order?

Find the product you want by browsing categories or searching. If the item has options (eg size, color, etc) select the desired option from the dropdown menu. Click “Yes I Want This” to proceed to the checkout.

What currency is used on TrendyPetsDeals.com?

We work in USD (US Dollars). If you pay via credit card from another country, the price you pay will be based on the current exchange rate as per your card issuer.

What type of Payments do you accept?

All debit and all major credit cards are accepted including payment via PayPal, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, etc.

Do you offer Discounts or Coupons?

Absolutely! If you sign up to our mailing list as a first-time customer you will receive a 10% OFF coupon code to use at checkout on your first purchase which can be used for any full-priced or sales items available.

Do I get an order confirmation email?

We automatically send you a confirmation email once you complete the checkout process. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to forward for immediate shipment. 

Please make sure to type your email address correctly. If you didn’t receive one, please do not worry. You can try the following instead:

  • Check your email Spam folder (often confirmation emails land there)
  • Check your bank statement
  • Or you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order details.
I did not apply the coupon code. What can I do?

Discount codes are not applied automatically and need to be entered during the checkout process. Unfortunately, a coupon code cannot be applied after you have completed the processing of your order. We want you to get those savings, so please be sure to remember to apply your code before finalizing your purchase. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined. Only (1) coupon per order can be applied. Coupon codes are received by email and must be used within the timeframe mentioned.


TrendyPetsDeals.com, Inc. is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge or customs fees that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

If the order arrives in your country and the customer refuses to accept the package OR no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, TrendyPetsDeals.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refunds.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouses are located in various parts of the world, so depending on your delivery address, our systems will determine the best place for your items to be picked up and dispatched.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 


I ordered multiple items but only part of my order arrived. Why?

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so you don’t have to pay high taxes on your items.

We have a large assortment of products and source them from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2 – 4 weeks for the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries may take slightly longer. A lot of this depends on how fast customs clearance takes. However, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, but please feel free to email us to check on your order status as we’ll be happy to help.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses all items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-7 business days of payment.

USA Orders: Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks after an item ships, depending on the product. Orders are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) 

International Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-8 weeks after an item ships, depending on the product.

Certain high-demand products may have a longer delivery time. In some cases, international shipping can take up to 8 weeks. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas, Hanukah, and Eid, COVID lockouts, weather conditions, and natural disasters and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers.

We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise, you will receive a full refund.

We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

Please DO NOT order if you need an item before an expected date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers, and the current conditions are out of our control.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. How are your delivery charges calculated?

Where possible, we provide free delivery. In some cases, though, we may have to charge a nominal fee. When a charge is applicable, it will be clearly stated before your checkout.


How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. To avoid any issues, please make sure that the email address is correct.

In case you need the tracking number, email support@TrendyPetsDeals.com and mention your order number + shipping address so our customer support team can assist you. While we are unable to provide tracking for international orders, our company guarantees 100% delivery to all destinations so there is no need to worry. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge. 

For orders within North America, a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment is available upon request and normally becomes available in the system after about 7-10 business after your package has been sent out. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to clients within the Continental USA as well as all other International countries outside of the US.


What if I find the same product listed at a lower price somewhere else?

If you find our products being sold at a lower price than what is listed in our store, we will match that price. We want our customers to get the most value from our products. However, we will not match prices taken from discount retailers such as, but not limited to, eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.


Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that after a purchase is made on our website, unfortunately, we CANNOT cancel your order as we send it to our warehouse for processing immediately. Once the order is placed, it is permanently in our system. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times before ordering.

CHANGES: We process orders the same day they are placed and changes can only be made up until then. If you notice a typo in the shipping address after you receive your confirmation, please contact us immediately at support(at)TrendyPetsDeals.com and we will do our best to accommodate the change for you, but we cannot make any promises. Once your order has been forwarded to our fulfillment center, we no longer can make changes to the order.


What is your refund policy?

We firmly stand behind all of our products. We will provide a full refund or replacement if you did not receive your order or if your order arrived damaged. Please find specific details in our Refund & Return Policy.

If you are not satisfied with any Items purchased from us, you have the right to return them in exchange for a refund or a replacement, subject to digital Items that fall outside this return policy. For such items, please refer to Clause 8 of our Terms.

If you wish to return items to us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them. All items must be dispatched within 7 days of taking delivery telling us why you wish to return the Items. All Items must be returned to us in their original condition, in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds or replacements will be issued on our receipt of the items if you return items to us by post or similar delivery.

As all our items are shipped from various parts of the world, we can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if they fall under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.

Furthermore, we will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.


How secure is my personal information?

TrendyPetsDeals.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.


What if I used a coupon but it wasn’t applied during checkout?

If you used a valid coupon but the discount was not applied to your order, please get in touch with us immediately at support(at)TrendyPetsDeals.com. We will refund the discounted amount to your payment method as soon as possible.

What if I see Double Billing?

If you ordered one item only and it’s double-billed, please send us your order number and screenshot of your charge to review so we can issue a refund.
